The mission of CyberTex is to provide individuals with workplace skills that qualify them for initial employment in the
workforce and/or career advancement after employment in medical, healthcare, information technology, and business fields.
Information Technology Training

The Information Technology (IT) training programs offered at CyberTex Institute of Technology (CIT) are designed to provide learning experiences that prepare graduates with a solid background of practical IT training directly related to the computer service, network engineering, network administration, and network security job markets.  CIT students in the IT training programs tailor their curriculum to local market needs and individual interests through selection of electives leading to specialization in network management or network security.

These IT training programs provide an advanced understanding of client/server computer concepts, with emphasis on the engineering practices used on modern networks.  CIT students will learn to operate, install, configure, secure, troubleshoot, upgrade, and maintain PCs and complex networks.  CIT students will obtain the skills necessary to provide high-end, solution-based technical support for a variety of inter- and intra-network situations.

CyberTex Institute of Technology offers IT Training Programs at our Austin and Killeen campus locations.
