Admissions Representative 

Job Description: We are always seeking highly motivated, goal-oriented Admissions Representatives to recruit and enroll prospective students for our School.

Requirements for the Admissions Representative position include:
  • Previous Sales Experience in admissions within a proprietary school environment is a plus.
  • Prior successful sales/marketing and/or recruiting experience.
  • Telephone appointment setting, interviewing, closing & follow up experience.
  • Two years of SALES experience is required.
  • Bilingual (english/spanish) is a huge plus!
  • Professional image, electric telephone personality and dynamic people skills are a must!
  • The ability to work a flexible schedule.
  • Candidate must have excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work independently.

Compliance & Review Officer:

Main Job Function:

  • Handle Texas Workforce Commission and Texas Veterans Commission paperwork. Work with filing deadlines and coordinate with Operations Director and concerning school Director on yearly requirements.
  • Handle COE (Council on Occupation) and DOE (Dept. of Education) paperwork. Work with filing deadlines and coordinate with Operations Director and concerning school Director on yearly requirements.
  • Any compliance work & meetings needing to be done for TWC, TVC, COE & DOE.
  • Coordinates the follow up of completer and placement information.
  • Works with Job Placement Coordinator to compile all completer and placement information.
  • Assist in Maintenance of Occupational Advisory Boards (Medical & IT), including enrollment, scheduling and meeting documentation.
  • Any Job Duties as assigned by supervisor.

Detailed Job Description:

  • Review and understand regulatory codes from Texas Workforce Commission, Council on Occupation and Department of Education to:
  • Make sure the organization is compliant.
  • That we are reporting accurate data and relevant to all reported bodies.
  • Make sure that our documentation and reporting matches internal rules, policies and procedures.
  • Correct any discrepancies/oversights by creating new procedures, documents and training to staff.

Ideal Person: Individual who has worked in a similar capacity at a College or a Vocational Trade school. An individual who has knowledge of how TWC, TVC & DOE function. The individual must demonstrate with past experience the ability to read and understand complex and overlapping regulations. Individuals have the ability to write detailed processes and procedures for individuals and departments.

Work Hours: 9:00am – 5:00pm

Pay: 32K-35K DOE
